Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service total.

• No-shows may be charged the full amount of the appointment.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments. We appreciate your understanding and support.
